Essential Lessons in Text (Edition)
A connection within our community drives our mission, and we seek opportunities to build, grow and sustain a safe environment. It's a small action, but we wish to promote a bright light when and where we can! We launched "The Essential Lessons In-Text Edition (ELITE)."
The ELITE is a book donation program benefiting authors and readers; we support writers by purchasing books to donate to children. It is vital to highlight independent authors while incorporating classic fan favorites that give us a sense of warmth and bring awareness to diversity and inclusion.
Books can play a significant role in our imagination and help develop an understanding of the world; while enhancing reading comprehension and writing skills. It is important to encourage reading to create a dialogue around learning. Discussing mental health, emotions, and cultural differences is very necessary.
